This series consists of copies of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and opposing party legal briefs, transcripts of proceedings, exhibits, affidavits, and other records for closed cases relating to the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 and the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (also know as the Taft-Hartley Act), which were argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals. These records were maintained by the NLRB's Library, within the Division of Administration.
